First “Client Day” at Mežaparka Rezidences

Mežaparka Rezidences was buzzing with energy on the afternoon of 6 June at the first “Client Day” where visitors could learn about housing options – apartment and row houses, villas and twin villas, as well as various sizes and configurations of building plots. Visitors received Domuss sales specialists’ suggestions on purchases and bank consultations on particularly advantageous mortgage rates that have been prepared especially for housing purchases at Mežaparka Rezidences.
“As I observe the positive emotions and happiness in the people who are here, I wish for this afternoon of 6 June to be a new start for a family. This is a realistic opportunity: the meeting of three components – the project, finance opportunities and clients – that is a first step to changes in a location that makes us consider the architecture and the nature of historic Mežaparks,” said SIA Domuss marketing project leader Mairita Zvīne.
Attendees had the opportunity to consult with bank representatives from Citadele, Luminor, and Swedbank, as well as learn about the new ALTUM program designed for young professionals and families with children.
Visitors enjoyed the atmosphere of Mežaparka Rezidences and the bright sunshine, artist Ilvita Didrihsone’s art exhibit, went for walks or relaxed in comfortable loungers, and enjoyed ice cream and refreshing drinks, agreeing that this was a desirable place to be. About 35 families participated in the event.

The price of housing Mežaparka Rezidences starts at 2300 EUR/m² – the first reservations have already been made.
