Mežaparka Rezidences commissions its second and third apartment buildings

Investing 4.5 million EUR, real estate project developer Domuss completes its newest apartment complex at Jaunā Mežaparka ielā 32 and 34, supplementing its apartment offering with another 29 particularly energy-efficient luxury residences.

The apartment buildings at Jaunā Mežaparka ielā 32 un 34 were designed by Gatis Didrihsons (Didrihsons Arhitekti). Two three-storey buildings contain 29 2- to 4-room apartments that are completely finished with private outdoor space – either a balcony or a terrace. Surface parking spaces and convenient storage facilities underground are also available.

“The apartments have double-sided exposure, which combines design functionality with a view in at least two directions. This not only increases the amount of daylight indoors and access to the historic views of Mežaparks, but also provides optimal ventilation, thus reducing the need for air-conditioning. These homes are a real find for the active city dweller who appreciates the presence of nature,” notes architect Didrihsons in his description of the project.

Apartments at Jaunā Mežaparka ielā 32 have 3 rooms ranging from 75-120 sq.m, and Jaunā Mežaparka ielā 34 offers 2- to 4-room apartments ranging from 47-147 sq.m. All ground floor apartments include terraces with an adjoining green area.
The price of the new apartments ranges from 2500-3000 EUR per sq.m.

Both apartment buildings have a class “A” energy certificate.

In total, 51 fully-finished apartments have been built in three 3-storey buildings in Mežaparks Rezidences.
