Mežaparka Rezidences commissioned its first apartment building

Investing 5.3 million EUR, real estate project developer Domuss and construction company Lerix have commissioned the first apartment house in Mežaparka Rezidences at Jaunā Mežaparka iela 36. The three-storey building has 22 premium-class apartments and an underground parking lot.

The new building, designed by US architect Vladimir Arsene, houses a total of 22 high-class apartments ranging in size from 60 to 245 square meters.

All apartments are fully finished. Each apartment is equipped with a balcony or terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow full enjoyment of the green landscape of Mežaparks.

The building also provides 10 basement storage facilities and 38 underground parking spaces.

Prices for new apartments range from 2480 to 2800 EUR per square meter. Underground parking is 20,000 EUR per spot. Currently, 22% of the apartments in the building are reserved.

This is the first apartment building in Mežaparks Residences, but the completion of the next two apartment buildings is expected in October at Jaunā Mežaparka iela 32 and 34.

In addition to apartments, Mežaparka Rezidences offers for purchase 7 row houses, 2 villas and 6 semi-detached villas as well as private building plots with utilities.
