Mežaparka Rezidences development invests 11 million euros to begin building apartments and row houses

In January, SIA Domuss began building seven-section row housing, low-rise apartment building (22 apartments in total), and two twin villas, investing a total of 11 million euros. Building is scheduled to be completed in spring 2019 by construction company SIA Plastik. Advance sales have begun.
Mežaparka Rezidences has already invested 25 million euros. Infrastructure development and landscaping is complete, as is the first private home. Two additional private homes and twin villas are under construction and plan to be completed in June of this year.
This summer, the next phase of apartment building and row house construction is scheduled to begin, as well as a small office building that will house a café, restaurant, and other services for residents of Mežaparks.
“This development offers modern comforts for life in Mežaparks: a green, sunny environment with modern infrastructure and sustainable architecture,” notes SIA Domuss board chair Ralfs Jansons.
“The main advantage clients can expect by investing in the early phase of the project, aside from financial benefits, is choice – choice of design and finishing materials,” says Jansons.
