“A modern villa that respects the traditions of Latvian wooden architecture.”

Vladimir Arsene,
Westfourth Architecture

The compact shape of the building is highlighted by an original shed roof with decorative wood elements. The wood cladding facade creates interesting light and shadow plays in the interior. The ground floor houses a spacious living and kitchen area and auxiliary rooms. The living room glass wall connects to the outside world and particularly emphasizes the fireplace. The second-storey bedrooms and bathroom are arranged around the light-filled central hall. The dominant spatial features of the villa are its logical construction and indoor functionality.
