The building design allows for the functional unification of the newly-built green rise with the upper level, and an open yard is planned in the southwest corner of the lot, close to the building’s living area.
The curved form of the building highlights the landscape of the lot, while expanding and forming a long front façade on the sunny side of the inner yard, as well as opening the interior to the garden.
