The street-side façade resembles a sculptural object, clad with glazed ceramic tiles that are reminiscent of drawn curtains, which ensure privacy. In contrast, the yard-side façade is reminiscent of backstage intimacy, opening out into the yard with large glass surfaces, terraces, and wood detailing.
